Agnes and Gary Blome founded Precision Data Research in 1994 in Portland, Oregon.

After discovering there was a need for standardized flood determinations in the lending community, they combined their experience to create a Nationwide business

with the primary focus of protecting communities and collateral from devastating loss from flooding. Over the years our business has grown to include Property Tax tracking,

Escrow Property Tax Preparation, IRS Income Tax Return processing, Automated Valuations, and 4506 C Tax Return Processing.

Currently, PDR serves risk managers, lenders, and insurance companies with flood zone determinations and flood insurance, property tax tracking,

escrow service, automated valuations, and appraisal ordering, and tax return verification nationwide. Our area of expertise is in providing hand mapping for those more
